Are there any other Clydesdales in the House?

I was wondering as I would appreciate your opinions and preferences with reference to running shoes.  I have always seemed to have my best luck with ASICS Gel Kayano.  Expensive yes, but the price you gotta pay for weighing over 180 lbs.  Or am I missing something here?

    will depend on your foot type & gait. go to a running store with a treadmill (and hopefully a video camera) so they can help you analyze what will work for you. I’d recommend brooks’ beast, but I’m a brooks fanboy… try b4 you buy.

    stick with what works. kayanos aren’t THAT expensive. if they’re working, and not causing you any problems at all, they’re what you want. stock up on them.

  • What am I doing here?

    My goal is to get to a level of fitness where I feel good about myself and am an example to others. I use this blog to share that process.
