  • What am I doing here?

    My goal is to get to a level of fitness where I feel good about myself and am an example to others. I use this blog to share that process. I believe that writing about one's process clarifies your thoughts and engenders accountability. And reading about the process of others will inspire me to reach my goal. I hope my journey motivates and inspires you to get to where you want to be. And don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't do something.
